When you are late, when you screw up, when you misunderstand, when you jump to conclusions, when you schedule too much for yourself…you must take responsibility, for all of it. The good and the bad.
To take responsibility you must show up. Everyday 100% be present in the now. Don’t dwell in the past, don’t scrutinize the future, but instead focus on now. Be present and aware of what is happening at this moment.
By taking total responsibility for things in your life you will gain control over the chaos and be able to clearly see your priorities.
Be a boss
This life is YOURS. And it is yours to lead. You are the boss, you are in charge, but you must take charge.
Once you do this 100% you will feel free.
Life will no longer hand you lemons. You are now directing what it is you want from life.
You will stop putting yourself in positions that cause you stress.
You will stop taking on more than you can handle.
You will stop saying yes to every request.
You will be more aware of what is really going on.
You will see that you always have a choice, and the choice is always yours to make.
Whatever the situation.
Talk about control.
What do you want to change?
Remember the power is yours. Take responsibility and take control.
Not have enough money? Take control. Make more and/or spend less.
Not have enough time? Take control. Say no, delegate and re-prioritize your days. Get up earlier. Do a time audit and find where your time is going.
Not happy with your weight? Take control. Start moving more. Learn how to eat better. Get your family and friends on board.

This life of yours: you are the boss. You make the rules.
Repeat after me: ”I am the boss. I am a leader. I will take 100% responsibility my life. I will lead from the front and be present. I will succeed in my life, for I am in control.”
List the things you want to change. List the things you want from life. How can you take control and get what you want? What steps do you need to take?
