I get it. You’re a solo-preneur. 

You’re proud that you’ve bootstrapped your mighty business from the ground up, tackling each task that comes your way. The time you’ll free up by no longer doing those mundane, everyday tasks is time you’ll spend more profitably by working on actual income-producing tasks.

Outsourcing in your business should never be looked at as an expense. In fact, if you feel you’re not getting a serious return on your outsourcing investment, it’s time you take a good look at what it is you’re outsourcing and how well they are doing.
